Event Memos to appear in Reports

Using Reunion 11, I would like to know how to make the "Memo" field of an Event appear in Reports. Thank you for any assistance. Mary

Go to Reports in the Navbar at left, select the report you want, then select "Define Layouts..." from the Layout menu. Next, go to either "Event Format" or "Miscellaneous" (which will depend on the type of report) and check the option to "Include memos for events".
