Printing reports as text

I wish to print out a list of my direct line from an ancestor which I know how to do. However, when I choose this I receive a beautiful chart that must be printed and pasted together. Is there any way to get a report in a good text format instead? Multiple pages is OK.

Yes. Open your family file to the appropriate ancestor. Then, select Reports -> Descendant. Next, select the appropriate pruning options. And, finally, select your word processor (or Text File) as the Destination for the report.
