Is there anyway to create a chart or report that shows all male descendants (or all female descendants of a given person? Basically it's for medical genetic purposes and I want it to look like a regular pedigree chart, showing sons linked under fathers.

In Find>Anything, you search for Sex equal to male.
Unmark everyone in file and mark everyone in list.
Then for any chart or list, check the "Include only marked people" box.
You will have to change the preferences for that chart or list to exclude spouses. -
