Transfer JPEG files from Reunion 8

I have upgraded to Reunion 10 and would like to transfer my Family Photo's / jpeg's from Reunion 8. When I do it the standard Mac way -drag the file folder to the new location all it does is create a alias of the folder and all the jpeg's in it. The folder is located in the Pictures folder within the folder for Reunion 8 which is still in the applications folder. I've even tried to make a duplicate folder and files. Still all it does is make an alias of the files. I'd like to trash the Reunion 8 folder but I can't until I have the full jpeg files.

Try dragging with the Option key held down. This will make a copy of the folder where you drop it. Once you're satisfied the pictures are where you want, you can delete the original folder.
