Has anyone had trouble outputting web pages with only certain people checked (vs. all families)? I get the dialog box saying it is creating multimedia pages, and I've let it go for 1.5 hours before force quitting. Nothing in the folder is "new"; all creation dates are from within minutes of starting the process. Thanks for any help!

I have had similar problems where the program appears to be in a tight loop and uses 100% of the cpu. You might want to submit this as a problem to Reunion support. I got a quick response when I did. For what it's worth, when I had that happen and force quit the program, it had already completed the task it was doing, but that doesn't sound like the case with your problem.

I'm having the same problem, with 'all families' checked.
I was just having a look at what the difference would be between v9 and v10, but I can't get the program to complete the process... it freezes every time, and I have to force quite.

Most likely there is a problem in the file that's causing the lockup. The exact cause is different for every file.
If you e-mail us your family file we should be able to find the cause of the problem. Please don't make any changes until we get back to you.
