Web Cards format readable by PCs?

I prepared Web Cards of my family and put them on a CD which I planned to give to my nephew. I noticed that they opened using Safari. Will they also open using browsers that come with (non-Mac) PCs? If not, how do I format the Web Cards so that they ARE openable on PCs?

Yes - the web cards will work in any modern browser.

Web cards are standard HTML format. They opened in Safari because your machine is configured to open HTML files in Safari. This can be changed in your machine's Preferences. On a PC, they will open in whatever application is configured on that PC to open HTML files. By default, that will be Internet Explorer, but may also be changed in the machine's preferences.
