Not sure what you need help with: image or transcribed text? If text, there's where to enter it. If image, there's what to name it, where to keep it, and how to tell Reunion about it. Would you like all these?

How do I copy or add an exact copy of a census page into Reunion.

If it's the image that you are speaking of, just link it via MultiMedia as you would with any photo. It will have to be one of the formats that MM works with: jpeg, tiff, gif, png, bmp and psd (2.5 or newer).
