what is the person or familyOriginally posted by dennis j. Cunniff View Postthat's expected behavior. Note fields consist of text; you can place text there by typing it or cutting and pasting it. You can't paste pictures or files into a text field.
If you have pictures or pdf files, you should add them to a person or family's multimedia window.

Re: Pictures/obituaries pasted in
thank you so much. It worked! I have a lot of pictures to enter that way! Thank you!Originally posted by dennis j. Cunniff View Postsorry not to have been more specific, but i've moved on to reunion 10. Looking at reunion 9: There's a bar of icons and words across the top of the window (in order: Back, forward, home, index, manual, view, multimedia, etc.). If you click on the "multimedia" icon (looks like a strip of 35 mm movie film) it will open a multimedia window for the family card you're currently viewing. You can also use the menus (edit -> multimedia...).
If you search the manual for "multimedia" you'll see lots more information.
