    Cannot open family files

Decided to clean up files to get rid of Reunion 9 before I did my monthly backup. Somehow in the process nothing opens, neither 9 or 10 although both are still listed in the apps. I have a copy Reunion 10 on a flash drive and also on a boot-able external hard drive using super dooper. Nothing on Reunion was in the trash. Thanking you in advance.

It sounds like you've moved (hopefully) or deleted your family files. When you try to open them from within Reunion, Reunion isn't finding them in the expected spot. Try searching in the finder for the file name (which you can read from the "Open Recent" list in the program". If you navigate to the file's current location and open it by double clicking on it, you will have solved the problem and Reunion will "know" where to find it in the future.

I was hoping that would work, no luck, Betty

I had to turn off all the computers because of an electrical storm. When I logged in this am Reunion 10 was there and working. It was the gremlins I guess. Thank again for having a place where one can at least talk to someone for help. Betty

Well, that's at least good news. And maybe a reminder that now would be a good time to store some back up files somewhere safe!
