    beginner at this

Please someone tell me how I import photos, to begin with, a photo for each mother and father, then children each by their name.
Next I'd like to know how to add and store photos in the accompanying text.
I don't see anything about this, perhaps it's too elementary?

    Hi, Ann,

For Reunion, don't think of it as importing photos. Think of it as linking people to photos.

For each person, you click on the little silhouette outline on their person card. This will open a media window where you can link to photos of that person. If there are a lot of photos, you can "drag and drop" them to the multimedia window, which will link them (but the photo stays in the photo where you originally saved it). Or you can click on the '+' sign and use the file system to find an individual photo to link to.

Most people store the photos in the Reunion photo folder, but they can be anywhere, in any number of folders.

That's probably enough to get you started. You can search in the manual for "Media Window" for more details.

For even more information, click on the question mark in the lower left corner to get the Help manual. Type "multimedia" in the search bar and you will be rewarded with everything you need to know.
