Memo field for events

When printing a report or book you can choose to either print or not print what you have in the memo filed of an event. In the past I choose to print it but now I do not want to print it and I can't recall how to turn off that option. Does anybody know where this option to turn this on and off can be found?

The option to include or not include the memo field is found in the Settings/Event Format section of the report layout window.

I.e., you would choose Reports in the navbar on the left and select the type of report you want to create. Then, select "Define Layouts..." from the Layout menu. Next, click on "Event Format" under "Settings." And, finally, uncheck the "Include memo field" box.
