When I create a family group sheet for my maternal grandparents, only the children who lived to adulthood are included. Those who died in childhood are not.

Unfortunately, I have been unable to duplicate the problem you are seeing.

Please let us know the options selected (for "Who" and "Destination") in the Reports > Family Group Sheet panel. They may provide a clue to the problem.

I.e., if the "Destination" is set to "Printer" and the report is opened in Preview, could it be possible that you are only seeing page 1 of a multi-page report?

Also, if the "Use privacy filtering" box is check (in that Reports > Family Group Sheet panel), let us know your settings for "Who is private" and "What to do with private people" in the Reunion > Preferences / Privacy & Sensitivity / Privacy panel.
