Duplicate Surnames Appear on Family and Tree View

I opened my Dropbox location family data file on my MacBook Air just today after using it just yesterday and noticed the in EVERY instance of an individual shown on both Family View and Tree View, the surname is in DUPLICATE.

I tried looking at the individual view and it shows only ONE name in the surname field as well as in the List of People… it’s just on these Family and Tree Views.

Any idea how this happened and how to correct it throughout my entire data file?

This problem was reported on 19 January 2017 in a thread "Duplicating Last Name", and answered the next day. In short, it's a cosmetic issue that may go away if you close and then reopen your family file, and was fixed in Reunion version 11.0.11. So if you are using an earlier version you may want to update it.
