    folder preferences

    I'm a new user of Reunion...just installed Reunion 11 on my iMac. I want to install ReunionTouch on my iPad so I'm trying to set the default location of my files to my Dropbox. In Preferences/Folders I can change the folder locations to Dropbox, but as soon as I leave the field it changes back to the previous default. Also, I am unable to change the location for Multimedia files at all - even to another folder on my iMac.

    Kate,

    Welcome to ReunionTalk. Do not worry about the preference folder. Just take you family file and put it in the Dropbox folder on your iMac. You do not need to move anything else. The multimedia images in Reunion are shortcuts to your multimedia files on your Mac. The multimedia images do not need to be moved. Dropbox is a folder on your Mac so the preferences and multimedia files can be left alone.

    Again, just put your family file in the dropbox folder on you iMac.
