What is Reunion 12?

I recently installed Reunion 11 on my computer, updating from Reunion 10. I also see that Reunion 12 shows up in my Applications folder, both being exactly 68.8 MB. R-11 and R-12 appear to be duplicates, one being redundant. Don't know how it happened, but can I simply delete/trash the R-12? Or is R-12 a legitimate update? Help appreciated.

There is NO Reunion 12!
What happens when you try to open it? What does it say when you "get info" on it?

This is the result of downloading or installing the Reunion 11 application and not replacing the existing Reunion 11 application file. When you don't replace the existing Reunion 11 application (which you should) then the Mac OS renames the "11" to "12" -- thereby keeping both of them.

So, yes, you should delete the duplicate copy of the application (the one with "12").

It would be a good idea to verify that the Reunion 11 in your applications folder is the most recent version. To do that, open Reunion 11 and select:

Help -> Check for Updates
