How do you delete an unnamed person?

One way is to click to select the UNNAMED entry in the People sidebar, then select:

File -> Delete -> Selected Person...

Or press Command+Delete. You can find details on other methods by searching "delete people" (no quotes) in the manual (Help -> Contents).
