This is fundamentally caused by not knowing what the true fact was. Should this be Sept 30? or maybe Oct 1? or maybe the month was wrong, the 31 part was correct?

Clearly we need fuzzy facts in our records.

In dealing with genealogy, it seems like most of my facts are fuzzy.

Turns out, there was a transcription error (attributable to me). The actual date was Sep. 21, 1932. Not September 31.
