Export to Ancestry

I have exported files before with no trouble but now it just will not work! Trying to export tree with just me and my relatives so I go to side bar RELATIVES, mark ALL and proceed with instructions. Somewhere it is running off the tracks (I am doing something wrong!). After 4 attempts, when the tree gets to Ancestry, it s the same two distant cousins that have not been marked or handled any special way. What am I doing wrong?

Just a guess, but as you describe them as 'distant cousin's', it possible that they are not direct 'relatives', in the genetic sense.

A possibility: if they (or anyone in the line between you and them) have more than one set of parents, and the one through which you are related is not the preferred set, the relationship won't be shown.
