Connecting a family member

In my file, I have a grandfather let's say. He is person A

His son is Person B

His son is Person C.

His Daughter is Person D

She is listed along with all of Person C's children. However when she is the selected person, her parents are not shown. How do I get that family back together? I never saw this before.

Hi Phillip,

This is most likely due to a linking issue in the family file. Generally, we recommend that you send the file to us so that we can fix the issue here and check for any other potential problems.

However, if you prefer not to send the file to us for review, you should be able to fix this by dragging the daughter from the Children area of her parents Family View to the Clipboard, then back to the Children area of the Family View (essentially unlinking, then relinking her).
