Setting Flags

I'm researching a one name database, McCutch(an, en, eon, in), and for the African-American familes I want to set their flag to that category. To make sure I have set all of them I tried the mark descendants of the oldest couple, and using the find option the only option is to find where there is a flag for African-Americans, not an option to set all of the marked group. Is there a work around for this problem?

Answering my own question. I found instead of using the Find tab, I could use the Change tab which was able to do exactly what I wanted.
