Something has happened to my version 11.0.2 that will not let me open it - it keeps asking for my License code, which I wrote down when I downloaded but it keeps saying it is 'invalid' when I enterr my User ID and the license number. Any suggestions - it appears to be past work hours at Leister and I'm stuck.....

Re: License code
I had this problem, too, Bob. I entered my Reunion10 Licence Code then, when that worked I repeated the process with my Reunion 11 code. All hunky dory.Originally posted by sgtbob View PostSomething has happened to my version 11.0.2 that will not let me open it - it keeps asking for my License code, which I wrote down when I downloaded but it keeps saying it is 'invalid' when I enterr my User ID and the license number.
FWIW when I use CleanMyMac I run into the same issue and use the same process.Jan Powell

Re: License code
After posting this, I clicked on the 'forgot...' and Leicester was kind enough to send me my User ID and code - it was the same one I initially received, but the leading character in each set was different.
I should have done a bit more exploration before posting and yes RTM is always good!!
