Data not appearing on family view

I have suddenly lost all details of every person's details of birth, death, occ, Educ, Relig and notes and this space has been replaced by 4 boxes showing the heading No further spouses and no further children.Can I recover that lost?

Yes. It sounds like you inadvertently changed the family view to show Other Spouses and Other Children. You can change the family view back to Default by pressing "Command-1" on your keyboard while looking at the current family view. Another option (while looking at the current family view) is to click on Family View in the navbar on the left. Then, select Default from the menu that drops down.
