Well, my family is now properly (hopefully?) described in Reunion, using only the stories I know and the records, photos and mementoes archived in family collections. The database is of my direct lineage four or five generations back, less than a hundred people, with one line coming from Great Britain through rural Canada to meet the second line coming through mid-American cattle country into Wyoming; the boring old story of Canadian nurse meets western cowboy. This is a tailored effort, to fit the need to curate and tell the story in all these boxes I’ve been left. Its been fun using Reunion and there is so much more it can do, but I need youth and skills slowly disappearing.
Geneology is not my hobby and ReunionTalk is the only group I discuss about this effort with, so I’m reaching out here for advice on how to hire someone who can help to assemble any sort of book and website from the materials, and along the way correct and improve the records themselves against the source material.
Thoughts?
Bill
