Poster-Sized Descendant Chart for Cemetery

I want to create an unusual chart and I'm curious if you have ideas and suggestions.

We have a family cemetery with about 100 graves, all of whom descend from one couple. I would like to create a descendant chart of only the descendants in that cemetery (all of whom are in my Reunion database) but not descendants that are buried elsewhere.

I am thinking I will do the layout based on Arch-E paper size (36" x 48") and have it printed at my local print shop.

I'm not sure I can accomplish this in Reunion? My experiments have failed. If you have ideas, this would be my first choice. Or, is there another design/layout/genealogy application that might serve me better.

Reunion 14 has an Everybody Chart, which would allow you to create a chart for just marked people. Here are two zoomed-out screen shots of an everybody chart in two different chart orientations created using the Sample Family File...

These contain everybody. However, they could have been created for just marked people.

Deb has the solution, but you might want a variant.

If all the plots contain descendants or their spouses: unmark everyone, do an Advanced Find for people whose burial place contains the cemetery keywords you specify, then mark the results.

The chart does have to be an Everybody chart for the "marked people only" so you can pick up situations where generations are skipped (e.g., the child is not buried there but the grandchild is). Other chart types would stop at a generation gap. The sticking point can be that the Everybody chart for "marked people only" fails to exclude unmarked spouses. If you don't mind including the unmarked spouses (i.e., spouses buried elsewhere) then create an Everybody chart for "marked people only" as advised.

The only way I know to exclude those spouses is to Export a Reunion Family File for the "marked people and their spouses" and then delete the unmarked people from this work file using File > Delete > Unmarked People. Then an Everybody chart for "marked people only" from this work file will be accurate.

Creating a one page chart should not be a problem once you set the custom paper size and play with the scale and/or font size until everything fits.

Two great suggestions -- thank you both.

To handle what Ginn calls skipped generations, I think I could do some tweaking to who is marked. Then, prior to printing, I can 'gray out' anyone in a 'skipped generation.'
