I exported a GEDCOM for upload to Ancestry.com. However, the extensive notes I have for many of the people in the file do not transfer as I would like. There are two problems. First, for some of the records the Notes do transfer to the GEDCOM and thence to Ancestry. However, in Ancestry these notes are only available under the Tools tab and only accessible to me or to individuals I specify. Is there a way to make these notes open? Second, for some of the people in the file the Notes are not transferred at all, but instead, under the Tools/View Notes tab in the Ancestry tree there is a list of the names of the multimedia items for that person.
