Preferred photo not showing up in family history report

It is set to destination Word Doc preferred photo checked for a Person Sheet Report and the picture does not appear...

Please try going to:

Reunion -> Preferences... , Reports, RTF

And unchecking Create .rtfd files when needed, and see if that fixes the issue.

This is normal. Reports that you send to your preferred word processor are always created as RTF files, no matter what word processor you select.

I have this same issue with 13. It is set to destination Word Doc preferred photo checked for a Person Sheet Report and the picture does not appear nor is it a Word Doc but instead a

When running a family history report in either 12 or 13 (updated hoping problem would be solved), the preferred photo does not appear even though the box is checked.
