Touch won't show second family

[rjwags65]

Touch won't show the second family of a person. It will for other second and even third marriages, but not for one particular spouse. Using Reunion 12 and updated Touch. Everything else synchs perfectly, except for the one family. Basically, all the information connected to the new spouse.
Suggestions?
Thanks!!!
