I'm getting a lot of strange source behavior, so I have been doing some tests. All the behavior is variants of this simplified explanation:
When I add a new source and immediately check for usage, the source already has people attached, even though I never attached anyone.
I rebuilt my cache and ran some tests again and I still see this behavior.
When a new source is added, it is taking the first unused source number. The first unused source number is from a deleted source. I think it is assigning the people from the deleted source to the new source.
Has anyone else seen this?
