    It sounds like the file in Dropbox is either an alias or it is zipped.

    Not able to connect family files to Reunion touch

    I'm running Version 12 Reunion on my Mac (High Sierra 10:13:6) and the Latest version of Reunion Touch on my iPad but I'm unable to download any family files from Dropbox. All I see when I connect to my drop box is greyed out files. I know how the process works as I had previously bought a copy for a friend and helped her set it all up.
    Over the past few months I'd neglected to do anything about it until my friend asked me to help her do the same with another family file.
    I've been searching through the forum and apart from a post a while ago I can't find anyone else with this problem. Can anyone suggest what is wrong with my files?
