    Sharing has been suspended

After backing up iPhone to computer and then backing up computer to external hard drive and then when opening iPhone and iPad I receivied this message, “sharing has been suspended”.

Where did I go wrong and how do I get Dropbox sharing again?

Just FYI, this is to be expected when you see a "Suspended" message -- it is generally a temporary state that will resolve itself without you needing to take any steps. From the manual:

Suspended — Usually a temporary state which happens when the host family file is doing something that may change the family file significantly (like importing a GEDCOM file). This necessitates the suspension of sharing during the process. A sharing reset occurs automatically when sharing is resumed.
I hope this information is helpful,
