Is there a way to reorder the spouses, or change the default spouse, using ReunionTouch?

Tap on the person's name, and then choose the Edit Links option from the menu that appears. The rest should be fairly straight forward.

How do I add an additional spouse in ReunionTouch? I can't tap the empty spouse button, since that button isn't empty.
