    Source numbers in reports

When I print a report that has sources and start reviewing the sources I usually find some type of mistakes that needs to be corrected. The sources have a sequence number which means that I have to scroll up to the top of the report and find the source number, then goto that person and event and source to correct it.

Is there a way to print the source number in the source section so that I can go directly to that source and make the correction? I know I can add a prefix to each source which help somewhat but it would be nice if I could add the actual source number.

    Thanks
    Roger

Please correct me if I'm misunderstanding, but it sounds like you want the sources in the report to have the same source numbers as they do in the family file.

If that's the case, then go to:

Reunion -> Preferences... , Reports, Sources

And ensure that the Citation detail option is set to either With Citations or Ignore, and that the Renumber citations and endnotes option is not checked. Note that the latter option can't be disabled if Citation detail is set to With Endnotes.

If that doesn't give the results you'd like, let me know.

    Thanks,
