When I have a chart and do File -> Page Setup, there is no virtual plotter option showing.

How do I get it back, or what am I doing wrong?

(Currently using Reunion 8.06 on OS X 10.4.2)

That is correct and you do nothing wrong. The Virtual plotter (and the suggestions that Reunion give about direction etc) is missing.
This is due to the new OS X (Tiger). This is also mentioned in the Problems and Conflicts page of Reunion 8.
Look at this page: http://www.leisterpro.com/doc/Version8/Problems8X.html

Any advice on work-around?

Might be this works for OS X (Tiger):
Page Setup -> Paper Size -> Manage Custum size
Give it a name, define the Page Size and the printer margins.
I have no big printer or plotter, but think that this is a solution.

I'll try it.

Thanks.

In your first message you wrote:

GOOD NEWS: with the new OS X 10.4.3 update from Apple the problem is fixed.
Page Setup -> Settings -> Reunion 8.
