I have more than 750 sources. I would like to find and mark linked entries (individuals) to specific selected sources, over 300 of them. I want to identify entries related to primary sources, export them to a gedcom and then create a php/mysql based web site using TNG. I am looking at between 30,000 to 50,000 entries.

I tried "find all" and could see no way to search and list entries (individuals) by source criteria there. I tried the Source Tool, Show Links to Source, but that only lets me find the links to one source at a time. I don't want to spend weeks trying to identify the entries (individuals) related to these sources, one by one. Is there any way to do this expediently?

Thanks

Thanks Roger. After reading the thread, I think the applescript would help me if I was trying to get a listing of individuals from each of the 300 sources.

Hmm... I don't think I am explaining what I want to do very effectively.

I want to export a gedcom containing all individuals associated with sources 1 or 2 or 3, ... 300.

As far as I can figure out, I have to click on each source, search for all the associated individuals, then mark them. Repeat 300 times. Then export the marked individuals to a gedcom.

Is there an easier way to mark the individuals associated with all these sources?
