I have used the LDS software Personal Ancestral File (PAF) for years on my Mac, but they don't support Mac OS 10x. Has anyone had success converting electronic PAF files to Reunion for Mac? Any sugggestions that might be helpful?

From PAF you can export a GEDCOM file that will import into Reunion.

In PAF look in the File menu to get started - choose Export.

The check the radio button for GEDCOM, click OK.

Then check the radio button for "ALL of this file"
check the radio button for PAF 2.1/2.3.1 on another Macintosh
check the radio button for "All Notes"
Click OK

Give the file a name and click Save

Then click OK a few more times and it should create the file where ever you chose to save it.

Then you can import that into a Reunion file.

Cheers

I would agree with everything that Roger details,in fact it was so easy I thought that I must have done something wrong.Everything runs just fine and Reunion 8 even accepts photos.
Good luck.
