Transferring charts to word

I am publishing my mother's memoirs and want to include some genealogy charts.
Is there any way to transfer the charts to word in a format that they can be edited in word or do I need to type them all out again?

As the options for saving Reunion Charts are either a proprietary graphics format (boxchart), or as a graphics file (PNG, JPG, TIFF or PDF) then you will be limited to the graphics editing features available within your version of Word. Alternatively, if you can't do the necessary edits you require in Reunion prior to creating the graphics file(s), you could try using a Graphics Editor, prior to importing the 'final' image into your Word Document.
