Missing data?

I guess I should have upgraded from Reunion 9, but I haven't yet...

The other day I was working on my family file and some white "place holders" appeared in my file, like missing people but as if Reunion knows they should be there.

Can anyone tell me how to get my data back? I cannot find the people in the index...

I would recommend that you write to the help desk. I'd avoid making any changes to the file until they answer.
