Default Goes back to Demo...!

I have a very strange problem, Reunion reverted to the Demo version. The only way to get it back was to do a restart, and then it works okay.

Reunion quit unexpectedly and then a message said you are using the Demo version. I had several family files open, but cannot now remember which ones nor how large they were!

Using MacBook 2.16
OSX 10.4.11

A Finder "Smart Folder" can list your Reunion files (kind:"family file") that have been last opened within a certain number of days.

If you still need help with this let me know and I'll walk you through it.

I had this problem also - seems that the issue is using 'Clean My Mac' software removes the license from the program and requires re-entry. A bummer, but its part of the program apparently.

FYI, if you're using CleanMyMac you should be able to configure it to not delete the license information, as outlined in this FAQ (see the first bullet point).

As far as what family files you had open, try opening Reunion 11 and going to:

File -> Open Recent

In the main menu-bar at the top of the computer screen. In most cases that will list the files you had open most recently.
