download from Ancestry to Multimedia

I have followed the steps to download document from Ancestry to person in my file,
click and drag source into Multimedia sidebar. The document does not appear, however
there is a source number for the person and the source is listed as an url at ancestry which I cannot open. Can you help me? I have seen it done during a class, but cannot get it to work
for me.

I usually drag the document to my desktop first, open to verify, then into my Reunion Multimedia folder, for the associated person, finally drag into the person. Also, open Reunion preferences, multimedia and click on repair links. Maybe Reunion cannot find it.
