    import Rootsmagic for Mac?

    I have used both Reunion and RM for Mac and really prefer Reunion! Looking for "best" or most effective way to import a RM-Mac file into Reunion 11 or 12...gedcom or other? Do sources and citations import well or garbled?

    Thanks

    Can't speak for Rootsmagic, but if it can export a GEDCOM 5.5 file without garbling your information, it should import fine in Reunion. I've brought many files over from Windows applications to Reunion this way.

    It is worthwhile reading the "GEDCOM Limitations" section of the Reunion Manual. It is an imperfect format, but better than nothing if you want your structured data from another program to be picked up as structured data in Reunion.
