Is there a way to make a chart using privacy filters? I would like to make a descendants chart but want children under a certain age listed as "full name (Private)"

Hi,
No - it's not possible to use privacy on charts. You would need to either exclude the entries from the charts (e.g. mark only the entries you want included), or manually remove the children's data from the chart after creating it. Hope that helps

I found a workaround for the Descendant Charts I put on my website.
I Export GEDCOM the whole family file using Privacy Filtering, Then Open a New family file and Import the GEDCOM. Descendant Reports are then generated from the filtered copy. The effect is to suppress birth dates for living people, and this is the only change on the charts. It may not be what you want as the names are still there. |

This would be a nice feature.

This feature is included in Reunion 10.

Thanks! I'll take a look at it today.
Other then my issue with how you now need to view a Family Group Sheet, I'm loving R10! |
