Thumbs up Super service

After having a series of mishaps and loosing my Family tree files I have to say what terrific service LeisterPro gave.

Fortunately I also have Reunion on my iPhone but no way of transferring back to my MacBook Pro.
I emailed LeisterPro at 08:10 (BST) which I guess was about 3 am (EDT)!

6 1/2 hours later I had Reunion back up and running with my family tree fully installed.

My sincere thanks to Deb Stuller at LeisterPro for the superb response time and customer service.

Pity all companies aren't so helpfull and caring.
