Sharing Family File with a new Reunion User

I want to share my Family File and multimedia with one of my relatives who has recently purchased Reunion and ReunionTouch. I have already read the information contained at http://www.leisterpro.com/reuniontou...rewithkids.php. I plan to send him a Dropbox link to my existing Family File. Since it contains links to my multimedia files (contained in a folder that is also in my Dropbox), should I also send him a second link to my multimedia folder? We both know that he won't be able to make changes to any of the files, just view them in Reunion and ReunionTouch with pictures.

I have a similar situation sharing my family file and multimedia files with my daughter. In our case, I created a Reunion Data folder on Dropbox. I put our family file and multimedia folder inside Reunion Data and shared that folder (in our case with complete editing privileges) with her. Works like a charm. Either of us can open and/or update our Reunion files from our laptops or from our iPhones/iPads. The only thing we can't do is have the family file open on both laptops at the same time.
