The problem: while trying to install my Reunion 8 software into my iMac (OS X -- 10.3.5), the Reunion Disk Icon does not appear on my screen so, I cannot click onto it to install it. Other types of CDs will appear on my screen.
By the way, I know that when the software is installed, I will have to update.
Any advice will be greatly appreciated!!

Hi Mchael,
Thank you so much! I wondered if the CD was the problem!!
Once again, I am so grateful to you!

Nancy, one thing to try while you wait for a replacement CD: Have a look at your Finder Preferences, and see if you have disabled showing CDs, DVDs and iPods on the desktop. That is my default setting, and I find myself cursing from time to time when I can't see a volume that I know for a fact is there, until I remember to change my Finder settings.
