    Reports

I am looking at different reports... my register report for my father says, for instance:

'was employed at Christchurch, Canterbury, New Zealand, on 11 Mar 1933 on 16 Jan 1939 Laverton, Victoria, Australia on 21 Feb 1941 Ascot Vale, Victoria, Australia. on 15 Feb 1942 on 14 Jul 1945'

I have written his employment information in the memo field attached to each event.

I read in the Help menu that to include the memo field with each event, check the 'Include memos for events button'. I can't find this button anywhere!

    Re: Reports

I'd never done this, so I looked in the Help file.

Click Reports in the side bar. Click Register as the type of report you want.

Click the drop down box opposite where it says Layout (it probably says Default at the moment)
    Click Define Layouts
    Click Miscellaneous
Click to put a tick in the box to include memos for events.

Thank-you.... I seemed to look everywhere but couldn't find it!

However, I still don't seem to have the memo info included in my report.

It still says 'he was employed in Christchurch on dd/mm/yy' but not what he was employed as which is what I have written in the memo field.

        Re: Reports

        For goodness sake!

I just went back and tried another report and the memos were included. I tried the Register report again and the memos were printed this time!

Must have need time to think about it!?

        Thank-you for your help.
