FIND gives me a wrong answer

I do a FIND on
Birth Date is (blank)
AND Death Date is (blank)
AND Age Less Than 100

and I get 1 result where the Birth Date is not (blank) and is a valid date.
Have I misunderstood the logic of "AND"s here ?

If you go to the Edit Person view for that person, is there more than one birth event field?

If the birth date and death date are blank, then you cannot also specify that the age should be less than 100 - without a birth date the age cannot be calculated - hence your find criteria are invalid.

Yes, there were two Birth Event lines, the 2nd was blank.
I deleted the event and no longer have the problem with the Find.
