    Unable to open charts

    I haven't looked at my charts in a long time as the versions have been updated. When I tried to open them, I received the same message from most of them--Unable to open the file.

    Do I need to throw them all out or is there some way to update the charts?

    There are times when it is best to re-create charts which were created from older versions of Reunion. However, if you would like us to see what the problem is, please send one or two of the problem charts to us at...

    I can attempt to open it (or them) and go from there.
