Descendant chart husband/wife boxes

Is there a way to imitate the look and feel of the Tree view text in the Descendant chart?

Specifically, I like the concept of putting both the husband and wife, with their portraits, in the same box. But I can't distinguish the information of the two. I can make the first line (the first spouse's name) bold and larger, but I can't figure out how to make the second spouse's name bold, larger, and slightly separated from the line above. (Yes, of course I can go into every box, find the line and change it... and when I regenerate the chart I have to do it all again? Uhm... no.)

In short, I like the text in the Tree view, with each spouse's name bolded and lined up with the top of their own photo. Can I do the same in the text in the Descendant chart?

Bolding other than the first line and adding separator lines are edits that must unfortunately be done manually box by box. This would be an excellent wish list item.
