Re: Pedigree Charts-Can contact information be printed?
If you want to add text to a chart, it's pretty simple. For contact info, I'd select Edit->Add Text->Return Address. A text object with a generic mailing address will be inserted, and all you need to do is edit it to the address you want... you can include additional info like email address, phone number, and any message you might want to add about contacting you.
After you've clicked out of the text object, you can click on it again to select it, and then you can go to the menu and choose Object->Save Default Text Attributes->Return Address. From now on, if you add a return address to a chart from the Edit menu, the default text you just established will be added.
After the text object has been added, it can be dragged around like any other box and put where you want it to go.

Re: Pedigree Charts-Can contact information be printed?
Here's a quick way to email a pedigree chart without using Word...
After the pedigree chart appears in Reunion and you've edited it to your liking, choose File -> Print. Then look for a PDF button in lower-left corner. Click that button and choose "Mail PDF."
So, rather than sending a Word file, you'll be sending a PDF file (and skipping the involvement of MS Word). The recipient can view and print the PDF file, regardless of platform.
For more info, click the ? button and search Reunion's manual for "email charts" (without the quotes).
Re: Pedigree Charts-Can contact information be printed?
It's not possible to save the chart in Word format. Your best bet is to save the chart as a PDF file. That way anyone can open it in Adobe Reader and view/print it from there.
Selecting File->Save Graphic File will save the chart as an unbroken image--good to look at but not necessarily good to print at home.
Saving as a PDF file from the print dialog window will save the chart as a multipage PDF file according to how you have the chart arranged from Page Setup... not so good to look at, but people can print at home and tape the pages together.
