I'm looking for a report that gives every piece of information entered for a person, for example *all data* such as notes, citations, events, memos, and detail. Ahnentafel gives alot of information, but not all.

I'm looking for a report that gives every piece of information entered for a person…My first quess is that you haven't defined a Layout that includes everything. You can define as many Layouts as you want for each product (e.g., Charts, Sheets, Reports, etc.) so you can easily create future products with as much, as little, or anything in between, that the product can include. (I say the latter because, for example, Charts can't include some things—such as Notes, Sources, etc.)
If literally for just a person, Create->Person Sheet, choose Format "Normal", Include "Sources" and "Preferred Pictures", define a Layout that includes everything, and select the Destination you want.
Ahnentafel gives alot of information, but not all.As the Ahnentafel Report is normally for more than one person (looking back up at ancestors), if your question is how to get a single Report that has everything on multiple persons in your Family file, if you use the choices in the Create Ahnentafel window, define a Layout that includes everything, and select the Destination you want, I believe you'll get what you want—looking back up a branch from whichever person you chose when you created the report.
If you wish to look down a branch, then use the Family History Report (for a data "dump", field-by-field) or a Register Report (for a narrative built from the data in the fields) while displaying the Family Card at the top of the branch on which you wish to have the report. Again, you use the choices in the Create window, your Layout, and your Destination to determine what you get.
If this doesn't address your need, please let us know.

You are exactly right. Reunion is so powerful and flexible. Definining the layout and checking all the boxes, the Personsheet truncated some information because that report does not allow for expanding fields to fit the information.
HOWEVER, the Ahnentafel or the Resitster reports do show the complete data in a field.
I'm a newbie, but catching on quickly to this great application. Thank you for your prompt response.
